MARK FALOVO, Toronto Criminal Defence Lawyer

Mark is a dedicated legal professional with a strong commitment to advocating for individual rights and protecting constitutional freedoms. He began his academic journey at Brock University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History. Pursuing his passion for law, Mark obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Griffith University, followed by a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.

Before joining Hicks Adams, Mark gained invaluable experience in various government positions, including the Crown Office in the Ministry of the Attorney General and the Canada Revenue Agency, where he specialized in tax ruling and interpretation. This diverse background has enriched his understanding of regulatory frameworks and the complexities of the legal system.

Outside of his professional endeavours, Mark enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Jack and Jill, and is an enthusiastic supporter of the New England Patriots. He also appreciates quality entertainment, often unwinding with episodes of Modern Family and The Office.
